The Youth Fellowship arm of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church worldwide Ayo ni o, Surulere District Branch II, Ijebuode, came together to celebrate the joy of love and relationships to mark the February 14th World Valentine’s Day last Sunday service.
The occasion was marked with a special love feast, where four remarkable couples were honored for their dedication and commitment to one another through out their marital lives.

Power of Emotional Intelligence in marriage
The couples celebrated included Most Senior Apostle Ojudun and his humble wife who were particularly celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary, Special Apostle Dr. E. O. Ajayi and his wife, Dr. Oyetimehin and his wife and Ald Oluwatobi Muftau and his wife.




The ceremony was filled with warmth, laughter, and heartfelt moments as the congregation celebrated the beauty of marriage and the power of emotional intelligence in building strong and lasting relationships.
The sermon, expertly delivered by Prophetess Obasan, centered around the Power of Emotional Intelligence in Marriage. With insightful examples and biblical references, the guest speaker highlighted the importance of self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication in navigating the complexities of married life.

The Prophetess emphasized that emotional intelligence is not just a desirable trait, but an essential skill for building a happy, healthy, and fulfilling marriage. She said; by cultivating emotional intelligence, couples can better understand each other’s needs, manage conflicts, and foster a deeper sense of connection and intimacy.
The four couples honored during the ceremony were beaming with pride and gratitude as they received special recognition and gifts for their commitment to one another.

Each couple shared their unique love story, filled with laughter, tears, and triumphs, inspiring the congregation with their examples of love, perseverance, and devotion.
The love feast was a wonderful celebration of the power of love and relationships in the church community as gifts were exchanged between individual members, the youths were reminded that marriage is a beautiful journey of growth, discovery, and mutual support.

However, a note of warning was sounded to those who are still single and searching, prophetess Obasan told them as soon as they begin to note unbearable traits in their proposed partners; they should not hesitate to run.
But they were encouraged to nurture their relationships with empathy, understanding, and open communication and particularly with trust in each other so as to build stronger, more resilient marriages that bring joy, happiness, and fulfillment to our lives.
