FREEDOM TIMES reports that around 10pm on Tuesday, fire gutted a small gas filling shop in a small area, olusesi bus-stop, not far from Toyin bus-stop in Lagos State.
FREEDOM TIMES Lagos State Correspondent who confirmed this incident said that the shop owner was loading his shop with cylinder filled with gas when the unfortunate incident happened.
Our correspondent explained that nobody knew where the fire came from, that the fire started with smoke and all of a suddenly the shop got exploded.
He added that the fire extended to some shops beside it and burnt goods worth millions of naira in the shops.
He ascertained that no lives were lost neither did anyone sustained injury.
He however said that the fire service where there in time to stop the fire.
