Dammy Krane Considers Legal Action Against Wizkid in Ongoing Dispute

DAMMY KRANE

In a recent turn of events, Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has reignited a past controversy involving fellow artist Wizkid.

The dispute dates back to a 2016 altercation at a popular Lagos club, where Wizkid allegedly assaulted Krane with a bottle.

The incident has resurfaced during a heated exchange on social media between Krane and a fan of Wizkid.

The confrontation began when a supporter of Wizkid responded to Krane’s opinion that rising star Portable now surpasses Wizkid in talent.

The fan’s provocative comment suggested that Krane might soon face another bottle attack. Commenting under Krane’s claims, the netizen wrote: “They go soon break another bottle for your head no worry. Fool.”

In a fiery retort, Krane mentioned that if not for the intervention of notable figures like Shina Peller and Obagoal, he would have pursued legal action against Wizkid—a course of action he claims remains open to him.

“Them not rn am well, if not for Shina Peller & Obagoal, I would have locked up Wiz; which I still can do if the need arises, Jit threw glass cup in my section in Quilox then ranaway to hide in Shina Peller’s office & beg me lol Wiz know say Men for ent ram; R.I.P 44.”

Krane’s statement has sparked discussions among fans and observers, with many speculating on the potential legal implications and the state of relations between the two artists.

As the story develops, the music community watches closely to see if this long-standing feud will move from social media spats to the courtroom.
