OGUN NUJ CONGRATULATES DCP MUYIWA ADEJOBI ON HIS WELL-DESERVED PROMOTION

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, heartily congratulates Muyiwa Adejobi on his recent promotion to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).

In a recent press release, the secretary to the chapter comrade Bunmi Adigun noted that the well-earned elevation is a clear recognition of DCP Adejobi’s unwavering dedication, professionalism, and exceptional commitment to public service.

DCP Adejobi, who previously served with distinction as the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Ogun State and currently holds the same position at the federal level, has remained a model of excellence in law enforcement and public communication.

During his tenure in Ogun State, he was known for his proactive engagement with the media, respect for journalistic ethics, and a transparent approach to policing. These qualities endeared him to journalists and the public alike, fostering a spirit of trust and collaboration between the police and the press.

The union recognizes that his promotion is not only a personal milestone but also a moment of pride for Ogun State and its media community. It stands as a testament to DCP Adejobi’s years of diligent service and reflects the Nigerian Police Force’s commitment to merit and integrity.

The Chapter stated.
