OGUN STATE SUBEB BOSS URGES LEARNERS AND TEACHERS TO DEMONSTRATE RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT

 
As the second term of the 2024/2025 academic session commences in Ogun State public primary schools, the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Secretary, Dr. Mikhail Lawal, has charged learners and teachers to be responsible and committed to their duties.
Dr. Lawal emphasized that responsibility and commitment are essential for achieving academic excellence. He commended the high turnout of learners on the first day of resumption and encouraged teachers to impart knowledge and justify their pay.
The SUBEB boss also urged teachers to cooperate with the state administration to make education more accessible to every child.
Headteachers from various schools have assured the Board of their readiness to perform their duties as expected. The monitoring exercise covered several schools across the state.
