As part of its effort and commitment to providing an attractive and conducive teaching environment, Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, has constructed a new block of four classrooms and drainage at Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Primary School, Degun, Ijebu-ode.
Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, while commissioning the facilities, said the school, which was his Alma-Mater, was established in 1945 and happened to be one of the best in Ijebu-ode, but had suffered encroachment and worrisome flooding, noting that the construction was part of the efforts of the present administration to restore the lost glory of the school.
Prof. Arigbabu, stated that the construction of the drainage was to avert the challenge of consistent flooding in the school, assuring that the entire school would be completely transformed before the expiration of the present administration.

“I remember that it was memorable and interesting times during our days in this school and I believe that these children should also enjoy that type of memory as we did, hence, we should ensure that the lost glory of C.A.C Primary School is restored,” Arigbabu submitted.
