Independence Day: Keep hope alive, Invest in Nigeria – Pelican Valley CEO, Adeyemo, Urges Nigerians

The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Amb. Babatunde Adeyemo, has urged Nigerians to remain optimistic about the country’s future, describing Nigeria as a nation with enormous untapped potential despite prevailing economic challenges.

Adeyemo, in his Independence Day message, said the country’s resilience, human capital and entrepreneurial spirit remained strong foundations upon which a prosperous future could be built.

He said the future of Nigeria held greater prospects than its past, stressing that the nation remained a “powerhouse of untapped potential” capable of overcoming its current economic difficulties.

According to him, Nigerians in the diaspora and those living in the country have continued to demonstrate confidence in the nation through their contributions and investments.

“Nigeria is a nation built on unstoppable energy, brilliant talent, and an enduring spirit. Despite the challenges of our economic landscape, our country remains a powerhouse of untapped potential. We firmly believe that the future of Nigeria holds greater prospect than its past.

“For our diaspora clients, your heart never truly left home. For our clients on the ground, your daily drive fuels this economy.

“Real estate remains the bedrock of wealth creation, and there is no better place to anchor your hard-earned funds than in a transforming Nigeria,” he said.

Adeyemo noted that investing in Nigeria went beyond financial considerations, describing it as an expression of confidence in the country’s future.

He particularly highlighted real estate as an important avenue for wealth creation, saying property investment could provide Nigerians with an opportunity to secure their financial future while contributing to national development.

The Pelican Valley CEO assured clients of the company’s continued commitment to transparency, quality service and timely infrastructure development.

“At Pelican Valley, we don’t just sell plots of land; we build communities, secure your future, and deliver peace of mind,” he said.

Adeyemo further assured investors that the company would continue to focus on delivering value and supporting local development through its real estate projects.

He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to integrity, real estate excellence and rapid infrastructure delivery, adding that Pelican Valley would continue to work towards turning the real estate aspirations of its clients into reality.

“As Nigeria marches forward into a new era of growth, we promise to keep elevating your investments and turning your real estate dreams into reality,” he added.

Adeyemo congratulated Nigerians on the Independence Day celebration and expressed hope that the occasion would bring renewed optimism, prosperity and progress to individuals, families and businesses across the country.
