The Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organisation (ROMO), Ogun State Chapter, under the leadership of Dr Rasaq Olusola Shotayo, popularly known as Sholebo, has commended the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in the State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), on the successful completion of his statewide consultation tour across the three Senatorial Districts of the State.
In a statement in Abeokuta on Sunday, from ROMO’s media office, described the consultations with traditional rulers, political leaders, stakeholders and other critical interest groups in Ogun West, Ogun Central and Ogun East Senatorial Districts as a commendable demonstration of inclusive leadership, political maturity and respect for the people of Ogun State.

According to ROMO, Senator Adeola’s decision to consult widely before the 2027 general elections reflects his commitment to building consensus, fostering unity and carrying every section of the State along in his vision for a greater Ogun State.
The organisation noted that the consultation tour has further strengthened confidence in YAYI’s leadership credentials and his readiness to provide purposeful and people-oriented governance if elected as governor.
ROMO also commended Governor Dapo Abiodun for his unwavering support for Senator Adeola’s governorship ambition, describing the governor’s backing as a demonstration of his commitment to sustaining the developmental strides of the current administration through capable and experienced leadership.
The organisation expressed confidence that the synergy between Governor Abiodun and Senator Adeola would further consolidate the achievements recorded by the APC-led administration and ensure continuity in governance and development across Ogun State.
ROMO used the opportunity to reaffirm its total support and loyalty to Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), Governor Dapo Abiodun and all candidates of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
As one of the largest grassroots organisations in the State, ROMO pledged to mobilise its members across the 20 local government areas to work tirelessly for the victory of the APC at all levels.
The organisation therefore called on the people of Ogun State to support Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI) and all candidates of the All Progressives Congress in the 2027 elections, stressing that their election would guarantee continuity, stability, accelerated development and greater prosperity for the state.
ROMO urged all eligible voters to remain united, peaceful and committed to the democratic process while giving their overwhelming support to the APC in the interest of a brighter future for Ogun State.
