26,764 CIVIL SERVANTS TO BENEFIT FROM 2023-2024 PROMOTION EXERCISE IN OGUN.

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapọ Abiodun, has approved the 2023 and 2024 promotion exercises for eligible civil servants in the state. This move demonstrates his commitment to enhancing the welfare, career growth, and development of public servants in Ogun State.
According to the Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Onasanya, the promotion exercises will include upgrading and transfers, benefiting 26,764 (Twenty-six thousand, seven hundred and sixty four) civil servants across various cadres and ministries. The assessment method will consist solely of oral interviews.

Additionally, Governor Abiodun has approved the December 2024 edition of the Combined Confirmation/Promotion Tests and Compulsory Public Service Examinations. These exams aim to facilitate career progression for eligible officers in the junior and senior cadres.
The State Government remains committed to prioritizing workers’ welfare as part of its “Building Our Future Together” agenda. The Head of Service expressed gratitude to Governor Abiodun for his worker-friendly policies, which have significantly enhanced the well-being and career growth of workers
